Within business communications we often ask “How are you?” and “Hope that you’re well” which is often a preamble, or introductory greeting before getting to the point of an email, call or letter, but of late the questions have more meaning and resonance, so we do hope that you’re well and coping as well as you can in these difficult times.
We are closely monitoring the advice provided by the government, and taking all possible measures to reduce risk for our customers, staff and suppliers. The difficult decision has been made to furlough many of our staff.
We have a small amount of staff working from home who will be happy to assist you. Our new website is currently at the “soft launch” stage, but the shop and the shopping experience is up and running now. So you could do your buying online should you choose to do so.
If you’re not already registered on our website as a trade buyer then please contact customer support and they will get you set up.
Once you are registered, you will soon be able to navigate the website by your retail sector, designed to save you time and to present the most relevant titles from our best sellers list in your sector to enable your business to drive additional sales. And you will also be able to see your recent order history to help you to re-order quickly.
We recognise that we are in this together but can assure you and your sales team that here at Allsorted we will support you as much as we possibly can to minimise any lost sales in order to be in the best possible shape when we emerge from this current difficult situation.
